Getting floral with it,Na na na na na na na nana, Na na na na nana. Okay, sorry for that. I just had to. Anyhow, I was getting floral with it because I made that hat. Well, I didn't construct the whole thing, but shall we say I made an improvement? It was an average black logo cap, but with my floral patterned fabric sewn over the old logo I get a lot more use out of it now. It was fairly easy too, just sized it up and sewed it right over. Stick pins were key in this venture. I am also toying with the idea of adding some font. What do you think? What should my new floral fashion cap say?
The new trend in nails are nude or naked nails. Coated with a skin colored lacquer, they are supposed to look very natural and perfect. Nail art is supposedly on it's way out. I purchased some polish resembling my foundation bottle to try the new trend, Sally Hansen 315 in camelflage. It was nice and neural for a fresh no fuss look. However, in couple of days I got bored of it, and thus my tea time nails were born. Nail art is still in for me! I have listed below the products that I used to acquire this look. Oh, and it was my first time using Jamberry. As this is only day two of the nail wrap and I need to wait a bit longer before I can share my thoughts on those.
Around 4th of July I stopped in at Urban Outfitter's summer sale. I happened to be one of the first people there, and boy did I score some goodies!!! The combo below is all Urban and so flowy and comfy, perfect for a warm summer day. I know some people are anti palazzo, but I however am embracing this comfy trend. For now. ;)

Something about this dress made me want to prance around town. It is so light, such a pretty blue hue, and very lady like. The color reminded me of Wendy's night gown from Disney's Peter Pan.
