Not just any hue, Cobalt Blue

I know I said in this 13 Questions post last week that I didn't want to start thinking fall just yet, however I thought the thigh highs really livened up the cobalt blue pants.  I mean I was definitely playing make believe that it wasn't 88 degrees and rising outside!  Also a Giveaway down below!!!  And I am participating in the IFB project #110.  Also joining the working girl link up.
