here) is
Stila Color Balm Lipstick in Elle. It is so pigmented! One might be frightened away at first look, fearful of neon pink lips. But just a couple dabs of this peppermint oil infused lip stick is all you need and you can create a varying amount of intensity. It makes for the perfect spring pout!
