Getting floral with it, Na na na na na na na nana, Na na na na nana. Okay, sorry for that. I just had to. Anyhow, I was getting floral with it because I made that hat. Well, I didn't construct the whole thing, but shall we say I made an improvement? It was an average black logo cap, but with my floral patterned fabric sewn over the old logo I get a lot more use out of it now. It was fairly easy too, just sized it up and sewed it right over. Stick pins were key in this venture. I am also toying with the idea of adding some font. What do you think? What should my new floral fashion cap say?

Hey Priya! Things are good over in my section of Nashville! Actually got to have the windows open the other night as opposed to the air, so that was nice! :) Going to Life in Color on Friday so that should prove to be great as well, are you going?! Thanks girl! I hate buying things that I know I could make for less.
DeleteNice look! I love your nails!

DeleteLeopard nails?!?! You're killing me. I want them now. Nice job on the DIY floral hat...I think it's great on its own but you could always wear your own logo...slap some Patti Cake on there and it would look a lot like your blog header!

Heard it from the best of 'em! I know, I thought they were so silly when they first came out, but there is no denying the urban chic vibe they give off. ;) My guilty pleasure as well!
